    On lesson 2 PDF, is mentioned to listen to an excerpt from Rinpoche’s teaching on the Four Measureless Practices
    Is there any other archive more detailed about this practice?
    Or it’s referring to the video “training our mind to expand”?

    Hi Nina, Thank you for catching this. Sorry for that, it does appear there was meant to be another download. I will track down the file this week, and I will post to this forum thread once it up in Lesson 2.

    Hi Nina,
    I spent a while trying to find the correct 4 Measureless Practices file, but I cannot find it. However, I posted the file I do have on the subject, which is likely a lot longer and more detailed. If I do come across the correct file in the future, I will post it and update here, but for now, please enjoy this much longer teaching on the subject. A download is available so that you can listen away from your computer.

    Thank you very much! I was reading Rinpoche’s books about this subject, but I do love to hear his teachings.
